Being all too familiar with renovation horror stories after watching myriad television property shows, it was with some trepidation that we decided to extend our home. We couldn’t have chosen a better company with whom to entrust the project than Keith March Constructions. From the initial design phase, where Leslie Solar created a sleek, modern space that was perfect for our requirements, to the build, in which a skilled team of tradesmen (many of them having worked with KMC for years) not only transformed our much-loved but tired-looking home, but showed consideration towards our neighbours in terms of noise and dust, the experience went smoothly and painlessly. My partner Andrew and I cannot speak highly enough of Keith March Constructions. We had, of course, heard all the horror stories about home renovations. The truth is simply this: not only was a superlatively good job done, at every level, but Andrew and I genuinely enjoyed having the guys here every day - and we work at home! Our lives were not disrupted in any way - beyond having the company of a bunch of good natured, funny, smart guys who were doing a great job. Believe it or not, the whole process, far from being a nightmare, was fun! The tradesmen were careful, caring, committed to the quality of their work - and frequently offered good ideas and suggestions about how to make the work even better. Leslie's design for the renovation and re-alignment of our house was simple, elegant and enormously functional. Keith's communication and management of the project was totally on the ball and better than we imagined possible. Everyone involved in the operation was professional, thorough, clean, courteous - and often much more. Beyond this, there is a really good feeling to this outfit - they care about each other, they work together comfortably and fluidly as a team, there is real joy in what they do; which brings you real joy to watch it; and real joy to go on living in it.
